Parcours

Specialised in commercial law, business law and competition law, Didier Dalin is in charge of the Commercial Law Department of the Ile-de-France practice. Prior to joining In Extenso Avocats, Didier had his own practice.

Didier has been advising small and medium-sized enterprises on commercial law issues for over 30 years. He focuses in particular on commercial litigation and insolvent companies, and also assists candidates for company takeovers. In his official role as a qualified lawyer, Didier also advises the liberal professions.

Throughout his career, Didier has been actively involved in the law profession, particularly with regard to young people, and has held the role of Chairman of the FNUJA (Fédération Nationale des Unions de Jeunes Avocats – National Federation of Young Lawyers). He is also Vice-Chairman and a member of the French National Bar Council and a member of the Paris Bar Council.

These experiences at the service of his profession have made him particularly mindful of the requirements of economic players. In his various roles as president or member, Didier has been able to share his point of view and experiences both with his colleagues and economic or political stakeholders. This is how he became, for example, a member of the Conseil de la Concurrence (French Competition Council).

Currently, Didier heads up the dispute resolution centre (Centre de Règlement des Litiges) of the Paris Bar.

Didier Dalin is also active within various institutions such as the French National Consultative Commission on Human Rights, the Comité scientifique de l’Observatoire consulaire des entreprises en difficultés or the Assises du droit immobilier (property law forum).
