Eric Goirand practices in the Business Law and Property Law Departments in the Toulon office. Prior to joining In Extenso Avocats, Eric practiced law at his own firm for 21 years.
Eric has been advising individuals, companies and institutions on issues related to property law, medical liability and business law for over 23 years.
Whilst building his practice, Eric quickly became interested in the day-to-day life of the Toulon Bar. Chairman of the Young Lawyers Union (Union des Jeunes Avocats) in 1997, he was elected four times to the Bar Council (Conseil de l’Ordre) and as administrator of CARPA, the Lawyers’ Financial Settlements Fund (Caisse des règlements pécuniaires des Avocats). Eric was also Chairman of the Toulon Bar for the years 2016 – 2017.
Beyond his official role as a qualified lawyer, Eric has always taken a keen interest in his city. A Rotarian since 2002, Eric is also a member of the board and treasurer of the association CNCDC (Centre National de Création et de Diffusion Culturelle – théâtre de Châteauvallon).
