Hervé Chemouli is in charge of the Business Law Department of the Ile-de-France practice and is specialised in company law and commercial and competition law. Prior to joining In Extenso Avocats, Hervé was a partner at Chemouli Dauzier before setting up his own practice.
For over 30 years, Hervé has been assisting and advising small and medium-sized enterprises (particularly in the industrial sector) and directors based in France and abroad on issues relating to company law, contract negotiations and international operations. Hervé also works with insolvent companies and candidates for company takeovers.
In addition to his official functions as a qualified lawyer, Hervé also advises the liberal professions.
Throughout his career, Hervé has actively contributed to the law profession, serving as Chairman of the Syndicat des Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises in Paris, and as an elected member of the Bar Council (Conseil de l’Ordre des Avocats) and member of the National Council of Bar Associations. He is currently the Financial Director of the International Lawyers’ Union.
These experiences serving his profession mean that Hervé is especially mindful of the requirements of economic players. In his various roles, Hervé has been able to share his point of view and knowledge with both his colleagues and economic and political stakeholders.
