Olivier Charpentier-Stoloff

Specialised in tax law, Olivier Charpentier-Stoloff heads up the Tax Law Department in the Ile-de-France practice. Prior to joining In Extenso Avocats, Olivier was a legal and tax consultant. He joined the law firm Fidal and then took up a company position as tax director at Eurotunnel and EuroDisney before setting up his own practice.

Olivier has been assisting and advising small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals on tax law and wealth management for over 25 years. Olivier consistently seeks to safeguard his corporate clients, offer them tax solutions and ensure the feasibility and consistency of these solutions within the framework of his clients’ global objectives.

Olivier also provides wealth management advice to individuals, ensuring asset transfer and tax optimisation in accordance with his clients’ priorities.

He also acts at all stages in tax litigation procedures, from audits to appeals before the courts.

During his career Olivier has been in charge of supervised taxation work at Paris-II Assas (University of Paris) and is a regular contributor to publications such as Agefi-Actifs, Capital, Jurisclasseur and Le Figaro on issues related to the taxation of individuals and companies.
