Patrick Lopasso works in the Public Authorities and Real Estate Departments of the Toulon and Hyères practices. Specialising in public and property law, Patrick was a founding partner of Mauduit Lopasso Goirand et Associés, before joining In Extenso Avocats.
Patrick has over 25 years of experience in advising public authorities, their economic partners, agents, elected representatives and constituents on all issues relating to building permits, the occupation of public land, pre-emption or expropriation rights, agent status and the French Public Procurement Code. He also defends clients in disputes related to his areas of expertise, whether it be the misappropriation of public funds, the taking of illegal interest, a breach of public procurement rules or unauthorised constructions.
Patrick also assists real estate professionals and individuals to more easily finalise their projects, and provides advice on wealth management. Consequently, Patrick works alongside his clients at all stages, including land acquisition and management, easements, contractual relations (off-plan sales, dismemberment of property, etc.), building permits and the resolution of difficulties related to disturbances or rental management.
Patrick has been teaching for nearly 30 years at the Faculty of Law and at various private education and vocational training organisations. Given this, he is able to provide clients with training sessions adapted to their needs.
