Sarra Jougla practices at the Paris practice and has developed the Intellectual Property/New Technologies Department there.
Holding a post-graduate degree in intellectual property and “appeals procedures”, Sarra practiced as a solicitor to the courts before becoming a lawyer.
With a dual background in civil law and intellectual property law, Sarra has been working for 20 years in the fields of construction and insurance law and in various areas of intellectual property and new technologies, both in consulting and litigation.
She advises companies in GDPR compliance (MCS – collection, law firms, accounting firms, etc.) and also offers vocational training. In addition, Sarra has chaired the professional association, AJA, for six years, undertaking significant lobbying and negotiations with public authorities.
Sarra is the French correspondent for several firms based in the United States and has been involved in comparative law conferences in the field of intellectual property.
