He has also been involved in corporate restructuring for several years.

Stanislas chairs both the ACE (Association des Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises) Employment Law Commission and the ACE Employers’ Union (SEACE).
In this capacity, he acts as the employer representative at the joint committee of salaried lawyers and salaried law firm employees.
