Alexandre began his career with renowned Parisian structures, first at HPML from 2014 to the end of 2017 and then at Lamartine Conseil from 2019 to the end of 2022.

Its desire is to contribute to providing companies and executives with a 360° offer including all the tax issues that mark the life and development of business.

Over the years, Alexandre Vercruysse has developed specific know-how in various fields, thus contributing to the success and growth of the companies he advises:

• Transactional Taxation:
  Execution of exceptional transactions (private equity and development capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, external growth, etc.) as advice to the various stakeholders in these transactions (investors, sellers/buyers, managers)
• More day-to-day tax issues of French or border SMEs (Corporate Tax / VAT)
• Wealth and individual taxation:
  Support for resident and non-resident individuals on their patrimonial and personal tax issues (remuneration taxation and profit-sharing, non-patriation of non-residents, wealth structuring, estate planning…)
• Representation of stakeholders in their relations with the tax administration during tax audits and litigation. It prepares each taxpayer upstream for the eventuality of a control, and downstream by ensuring their defense against the tax administration and at the initiative of the taxpayer by closely monitoring the opportunities of claim.
• Corporate Tax Tracking:
  Support in the determination of annual tax results, tax planning of M&A transactions, securing tax credits, compliance with compliance and monitoring of tax integration groups.

In May 2023, he joined In Extenso Avocats as a Partner.
