Member of the Toulon Bar, Tiffany Dumas is a lawyer in personal data protection law and GDPR.
With intellectual property law and digital law as the dominant activities, she is delegated to the protection of personal data, GDPR expert, certified Lead Implementer ISO 27001.
Passionate about new technologies and innovation, she has been supporting her clients for more than 6 years in their projects related to the digital sector and business law.
She hosts numerous conferences on the GDPR and, in particular, on the compliance of websites and their cookies with this European regulation. Finalist in 2020 of the Grand Prix de l’innovation des avocats for her project «pitcher sa plaidoirie» organized by the Village de la Justice, she also publishes many articles on the legal risks related to data management on the net.

Tiffany Dumas is a lecturer in digital law and intellectual property at the University of Aix Marseille, member of the working group on cookies and e-marketing within the CNIL since 2019 and digital ambassador for the Toulon Bar.
In May 2021, she became a member of the In Extenso Avocats network and joined the teams of the firms located at Toulon and Hyères.
Tiffany Dumas graduated with a Master 2 in Business Law, an LLM (Master of Laws) in European Law and Business Law and an LLM in German Law.
Bilingual in German, Spanish and English, Tiffany Dumas assists foreign clients in their international activities.
