Marc Messager

Marc Messager is a member of the Lille Bar and the Lille Bar Council. Most of his time is spent on business law, commercial law and company law, areas in which he works as an Advisor/Negotiator and a litigation lawyer.

Thus, by dint of his vocational training, his two Master’s degrees (Business Law and Business Management) and his 35 years’ experience in these fields, Marc is well placed to advise individuals, retailers, the liberal professions, businesses and associations in the following areas:

• Transfer of undertakings, including the difficulties of implementing GAP
• Open or latent disputes between shareholders
• Businesses in financial trouble (1) restructuring (2) insolvency proceedings (ad hoc mandates, receiverships, liquidations)
• Criminal actions in the business field
• Commercial litigation

Marc is also a qualified mediator (training at Ifomème – ICP Paris) and regularly acts as an accredited mediator and arbitrator at the Nord-Médiation association and the CAREN (Cour d’Arbitrage de l’Europe du Nord – Court of Arbitration of Northern Europe).
