Arthur Pierret began his career as a lawyer in 1992 at Gide Loyrette Nouel. He then worked successively at Dentons, EY, Fidal and CVS. In 2022, he founded In Extenso Avocats Ouest-Atlantique.
He is involved in every step of the transaction process, including financing terms (equity, bank debt, complex securities).
He advises companies, financial investors (both in equity and mezzanine) and management teams on issues of governance and management of legal and operational risks.
A graduate of a D.E.J.A. (Diploma of Advanced Legal Studies) in Anglo-American law from Paris X University, Arthur Pierret studied and was a researcher in the Scholar LL.M. Program at the Columbia Law School in New York.
He works indistinctly in French and English, in negotiation and writing, contributing to a more fluid and responsive negotiation with both native English and non-native speakers.
