Alistair McDonagh qualified as an avocat at the Lille Bar in 1994. He graduated in law from Oxford University in 1981 and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (1982) and a DEA in European Community, Economic and International Law (1994) from the University of Lille II. He began his career with the Nord Pas-de-Calais Regional Council before joining the bar.
With over 20 years’ experience in advising and assisting international clients, Alistair practises in the areas of corporate law, contract law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation and employment law.
