Ollivier Parracone

Member of the Aix-en-Provence Bar since February 1993, Ollivier set up his own practice in 1994, focusing on the issues faced by retailors, small and medium-sized enterprises and small businesses. He assists managers in their day-to-day activities and defends them in the event of dispute, particularly employment-related.
Ollivier acts at various stages within the life and operation of a company, whether it be the sale or acquisition of a business, the setting up or sale of a lease or specific disputes with regard to determining rental value and rent caps.
