Ollivier Parracone joined In Extenso Avocats in September 2017. A member of the Aix-en-Provence Bar since February 1993, Ollivier set up his own practice in 1994, focusing on the issues faced by retailors, small and medium-sized enterprises and small businesses. He assists managers in their day-to-day activities and defends them in the event of dispute, particularly employment-related.
Ollivier acts at various stages within the life and operation of a company, whether it be the sale or acquisition of a business, the setting up or sale of a lease or specific disputes with regard to determining rental value and rent caps.
In the event of a dispute with the tax authorities, Ollivier assists clients during tax audits and defends them in court, if necessary.
Involved in the world of sport, he has also set up an advisory practice for the drafting of specific sports-related contracts (private and public partnerships, sponsorship, franchises, management of image rights, etc.) and the management of employee relations in accordance with agreements in force.
