Audrey Chemouli is co-head of the Business Law Department in the Ile-de-France practice. Prior to joining In Extenso Avocats, she practiced at Chemouli Dauzier and Bernard Lagarde.
Audrey assists small and medium-sized enterprises (particularly in the industrial sector) and company directors. She advises on all issues related to company law, company sales and transfers and shareholder relations. Audrey also advises those in the liberal professions on how to structure their company and align with others through the association of capital or business practices.
Audrey has been heavily involved in the law profession throughout her career. Chairman of the Structures d’Exercice commission of the Syndicat des Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises in Paris, Audrey is also an elected member of the National Council of Bar Associations and heads up the Statut professionnel de l’avocat commission.
